The Mangrove FC Shared Kitchen is a 1200 square foot commercial kitchen with seven workstations for both hot and cold production.
The kitchen features gas ranges, gas grills, flat tops, rational combi ovens, reach-in refrigerators, fryers, stainless steel worktables, batch freezers (ice cream makers), standing mixers, a commercial dish machine, 3-compartment sink, and a smallwares and tabletop equipment library.
Membership Types
Ad-Hoc
Best for individuals and start-ups. It’s commitment-free and allows flexibility in booking as needed.
Roots
For individuals, start-ups, or commercial users who book regularly. Prepay $420/month to lock in discounted rates.
Teams
For teams with more than three staff members. Prepay $2,100/month to book for the whole team.
All plans include delivery and loading access during bookings. Dry and cold storage and electrical equipment are available for additional charge.
